Raw Infi and Carbon

Interesting. I hope I have the opportunity to handle a bow like this someday. It might be more thrilling to me than firearms.

I pretty much wrote off the idea of bow hunting in favor of my shot gun until I tried my brothers Matthews compound bow. It takes more technique, but there was something thrilling about being able to fire a carbon arrow into a group the size of a quarter at 20-60 yards. Took more skill, plus I could do it in my back yard, or off my deck. Hell... I even shoot the length of my basement at 10 yards with a foam block and a plywood backstop just in case. :D

Awesome bow brother:thumbup:

I got the z7 last year but that Hoyt looks like it was made for a remake of Rambo:cool::D

Been shooting bows since 1985 and there's still nothing like getting at em close. Good for you. Enjoy.

I'd been shooting a 20 yr old Alpine Hunter up until last year. I bought a Hoyt maxxis, but it got sold in favor of home inspections. I vowed somehow before this coming hunting season id have another sick bow that id keep for a while. I tested the z7 extreme and this. They both impressed me to no end. The Hoyt won out on coolness factor and weight. My bro has a reizen. I've been pressuring him to upgrade to the Z7... cheers!
