Here's another tremendous knife that I know I'm not gonna carry. It is absolutely mint........never carried, cut or even slipped into a pocket for a few minutes.
Ray Sr.'s work is impecable, his fit and finish among the best in the business. There is no blade play, springs are flush closed, at the half stop and open, both blades are perfectly centered. Great walk and talk, you won't break a nail but the springs are firm.
Closed length is 4 1/8"
Both Drop Point and Semi-Skinner blades are 3 1/8"
Blade steel is ATS34, the finish is hand rubbed.
Bolsters are 416 SS finished to a medium polish.
The Sambar Stag scales are remarkably well matched, have
red liners and are dovetailed to the frame.
