I've enjoyed the shows I've, thus far, been able to catch. In particular, I find myself wanting to read the Samuel Hearn journals that Mears goes on about. I was hoping that it would be in the public domain. After all, it is a few hundred years old. Would anybody happen to have a copy of it or be able to point the way to a link?

Try this link.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but might be of some good to
you.

Cheers

Funny as I had just watched the Hearne episode yesterday and ordered the book about 3/4's of the way through it. I thought it would be public domain too, but I could not find it as an ebook.

GAH! Thanks TF. And my order shipped last night. Gotta love Amazon around the holidays. It's ok though cause I ordered Ray Mears Goes Walkabout too.

Thanks Ya'll. Those links are exactly what I'm looking for. Happy Thanksgiving (belated for you Canadians).
