Chris,

The folding knife you purchased was made by me at least, 20 or more years
ago. The scales are absolutely ivory. The design was inspired by the cross
of an old Sheffield I had and an old Italian (1850-1900)folding stiletto I
once owned. It looks as though it is still in pretty good condition. (I
personally never consider ivory cracks as serious. They only add to the
character.)

As I recall the knife was sold along with a couple of other small folders.
All for one money. I have no idea for how much.

I would charge at least $1,200 to $1,600 to build a similar knife today.

I have a slip joint now with stag scales. I will be taking it to Atlanta
Blade Show with a price tag of $1,200. I hope this has been of some help to
you. If I can ever be of any further assistance give me a call. You will get
a quicker response. Ray Rybar
