Tom makes some of the nicest knives you can buy. Well designed and made! On top of this, he is a real pleasure to deal with and he really stands behind his knives.

Both are still available! Need to get some cash to pay for the two more Kreins I just ordered!
Thanks,
broos

The photos seem to match the Graham Mid Tech Razel rather than the Graham Knives Custom Pocket Utility Razel. Can you confirm which knife it is?

I did a quick google search and every mid tech I saw was the same, with a number of differences from this one. I guess if they made one in S30V (that is what the good member I purchased it from stated and I'm sure could be confirmed by the Graham's if you do not believe it), with blk micarta handle pins, that measured .274" at the spine, then yes, it could possibly be sort of a custom handmade prototype mid-tech razel. I also purchased it in 8/05. Sorry for the sarcastic attempt at wit, but it prevented a meaner reaction...

Yes, that Razel is a Handmade Custom. None of the mid-techs were 1/4 inch stock. The mid-techs say "Razel TM" on the back side of the blade. In the picture they may look a lot alike, but holding them side by side, you will be able to tell right away. The finish on the blade is different on the mid-techs.

Sorry if I gave offense. I'm still working on my social skills. :)

I am interested in the razel but don't know much about it. The photos of the custom models I found all seemed to show file work on the spine (Although as I take a second look I see that is not always the case). Your photo seemed to be very close to the ones I found of the Mid Techs.

No problem, Gillean. I shouldn't be so touchy.
Thanks also for the confirmation, Josh. You guys make some nice knives.

Gillean,

Trust me, if you are thinking about getting the Razel then do it now before it is gone. I have one of the Mid-tech Razels and I absolutely love this thing. Hell my wife even thinks it is pretty neat and she has fits about my knives. I have used mine on many occasions from helping a friend redo the siding on his house to the basic general stuff around the house here, holds up like a bear. You will not be disappointed. I have been eying this piece ever since it came up for sale and still might grab it if you do not. Besides I wanted the green slabs.

Edited because I can't spell
