Razor blades

Interesting.... I'll have to try that. I just removed a burr on denim and that worked suprisingly well. What I like about denim is that it doesn't affect the rest of the blade, but it should be able to pull off the burr.

I machine copper in a lathe with an industrial single point diamond tipped lathe tool.
No galling, no lubricant, no 'false edge' and an unbelievable finish.
Only way to go on commutators. I am using diamond more and more for 'everyday sharpening'.
