I know there have been other posts about Josh and Razor Edge Knives but I wanted to share my own personal experience.

I contacted Josh about a regrind and sharpening on my XM-24 and a tip repair/sharpening of a paring knife. He contacted me back almost immediately and through the whole process kept in constant contact. He was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Walked me through the process and helped me create what I wanted.

The regrind sharpening and finish he dd on the blade of my 24 is nothing short of amazing. He did his version of a working finish which looks incredible. The regrind IMO makes this knife so much more usable as a daily carry. The edge is insanely sharp and a joy to use.

My paring knife came back better than new. He put a gorgeous convex edge on it and fixed the tip which made the blade look and work even better. I can not believe how sharp the knife is. It can almost cut things just by looking at them.

Josh and the business he runs are top notch. Josh and his work get an A+ in my book.

Cheers

Another HUGE concur here also!!
Absolute stand up dude who does nothing short of AMAZING work!! Communication is what it should be......texted updates or questions and always got back to me!
He put a mirror edge on my Sukhoi 2.0 and his 'working' edge on my 710-1401. Both are sharper than light sabers!!
Deal with Josh with 100% confidence!

I was hoping for pictures.

Well put Pisano!! I'll get a pic up soon as I get home......but are you sure you wanna see it??? It'll wind up costing you a couple of bucks!! Josh's edges are addicting!!

I feel like a fanboy every time I post about Josh. However, he is deserving of all the praise that he gets. Josh is by far the most talented sharpening professional I have hired, and he is also a class act and a nice guy.

Pics!!!
Hope his head isn't expanding as we speak......but he deserves it!!
Is that a magnificent edge or what?

His Instagram account and any pictures of his work posted here is awesome; he's got talent that's for sure.

I just got my first blade back from Josh and I can vouch for his top notch work, great communication and follow through.

Andrew Clifford Sly II, main bevel thinned to just under 0.020" behind the edge, and re-finished in a Titanium Silver gray Cerakoat by him:

He does Cerakoating too. Every knife he has done is now something special. He always gets the new taper of the point grind really symmetrical, and listen carefully to everything you say. This knife and several others were severely thinned and yet suffered no loss of length, which is a rare and remarkable feat: Most heavy jobs you would expect a big knife to lose as much as 1/10" or more. Not with him.

In fact I had him re-finish a Lile and his work was way superior to the uneven original surface...:

He also dipped the front of the teeths on that knife, and this makes sawbacks that are ground even on top, and thus useless, suddenly start to cut exactly like they should... Too bad most makers, including Lile, occasionally skip that step...

Very nice edge palonej, I'd like one on my Sukhoi 2.0

Funny you say that because when I got mine I was amazed at the edge it came with. It couldn't cut copy paper. There was hardly an edge at all. Sent it back to Knifecenter and got a complete circle jerk. I love the knife though, so I had KC send it back to me. Sent it to Josh and am thrilled with it!!

Mine is sharp but that Josh edge is nice.

Pics of mine.
Sorry forgot the specs.
Can tell you though the XM-24 started out as a gen 4 spanto.

Apologies for the phone pics and dirty knives. Doesn't do the work justice.
Cheers

Josh did amazing work on an eBay purchase I made a little while back. Looks like the original owner broke the tip and tried hand grinding it into a spear point.

Not only did he fix the cosmetic damage he also greatly improved the cutting performance while still leaving enough of the spine for strength.

Been eyeballing this knife since he posted it . Looks amazing ! How do you like the regrind ? I actually have a 7 I zero ground. First time I cut a piece of phone book paper I was amazed at just how sharp they are. Beautiful knife
