RC-3 versus RC-3MIL

What are the differences between the standard and the MIL model and are they worth the difference in price?
 
RC3 MIL comes with a green sheath, molle back, molle locks, boot clip, and has a green canvas micarta handle with a pointed tip. Regular RC3 has linen micarta handle and you can get it without a pointed tip, and it comes with a tan sheath plus all the stuff. Most like the canvas micarta handles better because they supposedly have more grip to them.

anyone feel free to correct me if I got anything wrong.
 
Aside from all those things, the RC-3 is available in more than one color, and it is available with a plain edge. The RC-3MIL is also numbered if you are interested in that sort of thing. I have both and love both. I"m torn because I prefer plain edge but I like the canvas micarta a little better, but that's just being picky.
