Seriously, I like the RAT3 fine the way it is, but I'm really excited about the RC4. I'm gonna have to add it to my RAT 3, 5 & 7.
 
My wife orderd me an RAT3 and Tak for Christmas and it was on backorder from BrigadeQuartermasters. They should be here sometime this month. Hopefully by the end of Jan. I am wondering if the Rat3 will be a RC3 since the backoreder? I dont know much about all the HYPE on these knives. I just belive there great knives. Any info would help me out alot. Im getting edgy waiting for my knives.
 
No, you're RAT 3 will not be a RC-3. They are still making both models, each by a different company. One by Ontario and one by RAT CUTLERY.

They scrapped a bunch of RAT 3's and had to start over because of some quality control issues.
