I would get a longer piece of para cord and rig it through at least the first three sets of eyes and on the forth set i would cross them over to tie it to a belt loop. That way it would not slip when you go to draw it.
You could use MOLLE clips or two of the new Tec-Lok's that have the belt spacers.
