I'm sorry I've just been dreaming of a sheath system like that for years. And finally it seems that someone shares in my vision of a modular sheath system that would give you options depending on your situation. I've seen some great sheath systems out there but find them limiting because they only have a single fixed pouch on them.
Just imagine something like a RTAK-II with a sheath like that RC-6 but being able to have multiple pouches running down it: one for your multi-tool, one for your PSK, and depending on the overall size of the pouches who knows what else you could fit in them.
