RC-6 Survival Pouch

looks a bit awkward strapped the the sheath like that, why not just wear that pouch on your belt?

Is the add-on for Rat sheaths gonna be large like that or
just large enough to hold some key pieces of kit?

If I cared what it looks like, I wouldn't have bought a rat knife :D

It can go on belt or sheath, I guess that is sort of the advantage of this system. You where it how you please. Also there are little should straps so the pouch can be worn over the shoulder as well. When on the belt it feels fine with the pouch attached to the sheath.

As others have mentioned, there is only so much you can stick in there. Of course, you can take out stuff too and cinch it down with a bit of shock cord.
 
I would add some paracord and a good compass. That's a nice set up you have there. That camera pouch worked just fine, plus you alread had it and didn't have to go buy a new one.
