It amazes me that black is still the most popular color, even when it comes to the outdoor market. Of course, I have to admit that black has a better signature than OD if you're trying to find it in the woods. OD is probably one of the worst colors you can have if you lose your blade in vegetation. With that said, I still like the OD / orange combo the best.

Not sure what color we will eventually go with for the orange handles, but we don't want to do several different variations. A lot of folks think we should be able to offer all all types of combos, and we could if it wasn't for our dealer/distributor network. If we run limited numbers then inevitably a dealer gets screwed over since they don't have a chance to purchase before they're sold out. So, we will probably go with one color on this and offer it as a standard line item so every dealer and distributor gets to offer it.

That's the essence of the Palm Viper, green/green and named after a very green Amazonian basin snake.

Moot point with the orange scales.

You OD guys, what shade of OD are you looking for? I like the older WWII OD which is darker than the stuff on the market now. Almost like a forest green.

I still think an OD blade, orange scales and black liners would rule.

Jeff, would you consider replace existing RC-3's scales with orange if sent in? I really like the orange scale idea, don't really need 2 RC's.
