yep knives ship free cause he jacks the prices up, try knifeworks instead. I wish i would have gone with the mil instead of the reg, Im really not liking the handle..

Lisa is awesome to work with and their prices are great. They also have all the outdoor gear you want so you can throw a few other things in with your blade.

I picked up an RC3-MIL, a maxpedition bag and a few other knives through her. You can't beat their service.

You probably wouldn't have liked it either. The handles are the same--just different material and pommel. They feel the same in the hand.

BTW--we don't "jack the prices up" shipping is included in the price we charge. We are more than some, less than others and right in line with most when you consider shipping.

We include shipping in the price so you know exactly what it is going to cost you. If you prefer knifeworks or or twowolves or theknifeconnection or bubsknifeshop, that is fine, we're not for everyone.
 
Derrick at Knives Ship Free, Roger at Knife Works and Dale at The Knife Connection and numerous other dealers or all great people. Every one of them treat their customer extermely well and don't just "jack prices up" to cover up for something. Prices will vary between them but you can bet that any of these guys you order from are going to take care of you. If I were you I would try to find some cheap ass retailer that probably doesn't have the knife in stock, then doesn't ship what they say they're going to ship. Yes, we have those out there and we're doing our best to weed them out but it's hard to do when they buy from wholesalers. We put our support behind LEGITIMATE dealers, such as Derrick, Roger, Dale, Tom (Chestnut Ridge) and numeorus others.
 
Just trying to save a guy some money thats all, don't act like I just slapped your mama or something because I said his/your prices were higher than others.

They are, cause shipping is added in, it doesnt take a genius to see that. I didnt say anything about your/his customer service or anything personal. People here are way too sensitive and too quick to jump on somebodys back, Ive seen it reading through the threads. And yes I only buy knives from knivesshipfree, knife works and sometimes amazon, but only from ksf if I have to because I try to save money when I can, focking sue me.
I understand the dealers/makers are trying to make money, but as a customer, im trying to save it.

Yes I would have liked it because I also have an RC-5, and I really like that material alot more, if thats too much for people to take they can kiss my ass.
 
I'm kind of new here so I might get hollered at for saying this but as usually I dont care. Its not always what you say but the choice of words you may use. By saying " He jacks his prices up." makes it sound as if he is trying to rip someone off. Derrick is not like that. I dont fault you for trying to save money, who isn't. But we cant blame a dealer for trying to make money either. Thats one of the reasons they are in the business after all. Knifeworks is great, I bought my Fallkniven Idun there. Knives ship free is awsome, I buy most but not all of my Bark Rivers through them, great selection and stuff is in stock. The knife connection also is awsome. Sometimes its worth paying the "little" extra to build a relationship with dealers.

We don't want your type of attitude here. Buy someone else's knives and frequent someone else's forum.
