while using the RC5/6 pouch to the RC3 factory sheath you lose about 1/2" of dead space for which the tin will not go all the way in, just adjust the strap to close and no issues, the dead space ,I put 2 wet fire cubes beneath the tin.

That's quite a rig to be hangin around your neck. It's not too much weight on that thin cord?

I've worn knives in that weight class as neckers, and found that a neck cord of 3 strands of paracord braided makes a more comfortable neck cord, since it's thicker it seems to disperse the weight on the back of the neck more.

that's a slick rigg you got tex. btw love the farmer mines blue too. how do you like that striker i use the reamer on the farmer & wondered how that one would work out (before i bought one)....

Tony....you have some of the best kits around .....only one problem....thanks to mr. Murphy.....when you need one you prob. wont have one handy....the shit will hit the fan while on the shitter wearing pjs or something crazy like that.....aint life crazy....lol

:D I have so much PSK stuff lying around trust me it is within reach...

Looks like a nice setup TTD..... of course you had better grow some serious cleavage if you don't want folks to realize you have it on under your shirt... :)

Cool setup, not too bulky from the look....

not to bulky at all,I dont think....I dont hide anything.... if out camping or piddling in the woods ,I dont care what others think :D
I am not sheeple friendly ;)

I've used the RC3 as a necker too, but its too heavy. Its a little better with a braided three strand of paracord, because it disperses the weight better (as BCCL pointed out). I suppose it would be fine with a shirt with a collar, but its not so great on your bare neck, IMO.

Hell man, if you had that kind of cleavage, no one would look twice at your knives! :D

When I think necker, I always think EDC, not just woods use... the idea having something like that around my neck is.... unsettling (ever seen someone get their tie caught in a high speed printer?)....

Anyways... it is a rockin lil setup, I would most likely throw on my belt.....

I like the necker idea and the rc3 is in a handy spot for me doing certain task. I carry it likethis while fishing,I am usually hip deep in water ,in the back 40 where a boat can not reach ,LOL :D
