RC3 as a Necker

wow... what a great looking set up Tony... nice job.. you really have become quite the kit builder...
i really need to get me one of those pouches...:)

Very cool! I will have to pick up a few to try that out. Thanks for more ideas I didn't need in my head.

That's another great survival kit you've built there. Does the buckle on the compass band dig in at all? The only thing I think you could do is slide the tin into a zip-loc bag to water-proof it. All and all, a really good bit of packing.

Who says idle hands are bad? :) I would love to spend a week trying to fine tune my bob and day bag.

I keep tweaking them after every hike.

compass buckle ,dont even know it is there..
I have to be neck deep in water to need the zip lock... I spray all my pouches with a water repellant a general sprinkle or average rain I'd tuck the pouch into shirt and pull out poncho if a sudden down pour....
with the ziplock I could make it a quart size bag and toss in MP1 tablets for water purifying and well you know kits can evolve so quickly LOL :D

Great setup. Maybe something like a cord over the shoulder, or a baldic rig would be more convenient..
