RC4 Pix - RC3/TAK Reference Pix

As far as serrations go, I still have never had a need for them and they are still always smack dab in the most controllable part of the blade, where they do the least amount of good.

I agree with you there. I have a Victorinox Trekker with a front serrated portion and PE closest to the handle. I liked that a lot - even though its a much lower grade and lighter use blade.

Boats, glad you like it. I'll PM you on something you'll laugh about.

And as a side note to all of this...after the last week of events I will never cuss another lawyer :D

Never cuss a good lawyer - the ambulance chasers are a dime a dozen and worth the reputation.

A truly good lawyer is a rare find - I know a few that fit that category. Most are of the stereotype caliber.

Again, there is no justice in civil justice.

Justice is what you can pay in most situations, ask OJ Simpson - one of my favorite teaching points of the legal system.

Thanks diceman! I got mine today as well. I posted in bearthedog's other thread too. Again, awesome knife. I was expecting it to be great, but I was extra impressed once I had it in hand.

I have the RC-4S as well, and the serrations are actually awesome. Much better in scalloped form like they are rather than pointy teeth, in my opinion. I'm a "PE" guy too, and this my only fixed blade with serrations out of about 10 "nice" fixed blades that I own. I was curious about the serrations on this knife from pictures, and I'm glad I went with it.

Anyway, for those who think th RC-4 handle may be too small for them, we will have a prototype of the TAK at Blade Show.

Well I am still waiting on my RC-4 but now I learn I will get to handle a NEW TAK at BLADE? WOOHOOO First I heard of this. With all that is happening I am glad I didn't buy a TAK a couple weeks ago now, I let my old one get away from me last year.
