rd knives

Id just like to say he has fleeced me for the cost of a 897UH due to, id say it didnt bring much coin at Ebay so he thought is just as good not to send it on.Didnt have the decency to reply in their defence either. what ever they buy with my $30bucks i hope they choke on it,

i have a number of buys from that seller, all without problems. in fact all the knives i have received from RD Knives are excellent. roland
 
You can open a dispute in PayPal if you think the knife is not coming. If they do not respond, PayPal will get your money back. It works.
 
Write him!! He is a principal in Great Eastern Cutlery, and needs to keep his reputation clean. He will make it good. Perhaps you have not communicated with him??
Over 20 deals with him, with no problems, for me!!
 
I have not dealt with him on e-bay, although I have spoken to him face to face, seems like a genuine guy to me, hope it works out for you.

The dispute process is easy, It is not a quick process, but a fair one. And it gives the seller a fair chance to respond to the dispute before it is initiated. It is not a threatening process at all. I have had to resort to it a couple of times, when emailing failed. Once I got the knives, the other time PayPal got the money and credited me back in full.
 
I agree with you all although i have not jumped the gun , dispute has already gone through,attempts to contact prior to dispute also, no reply before or during the dispute, very strange i thought,why have problems when you have had so many good listings,also i under stand things go bad in the mail, all they had to do was say its been sent and i would have forgotten about it, its only 30 bucks, but when you dont even get the grace of a returned email or two i presume the worst, not even a responce in a dispute , dont they want to defend themselves, Guilty by non conformance
