RD4 sheath

hey everyone. i have the ranger RD4 and love it, but am not a fan of the sheath. should i go with a spec ops style sheath (has a little extra room for survival items) or a kydex sheath. pro's/con's and opinions would be appreciated

The spec ops sheath is pretty similar to the stock sheath for the RD4, but like you said, with more room for stuff. So it'll be more bulky. The kydex will be a lot less bulky. I'd go with the kydex; I have an RD4 and wish it had the kydex.

I just got a spec ops "survival" sheath, its very nice, but like troop says its pretty bulky. If youre getting one I'd go with the "combat master" unless you really need the extra big pouch on your sheath.

I'd contact Normark and get a nice Concealex number made !!!

I just got a sheath from normark for my RD-4. Now, I carry that knife around the house driving my wife nuts. What a difference a sheath can make.

Really comfortable.
