When I read the first entry, I knew what I would do with it.
I would have Alnamvet give it to one of "OUR" Cub Scouts in HIS Local Troop.
I was a Cub and Boy Scout and my Father who is 87 years old is still a ACTIVE Commissioner.
Scouting teaches skills that last a lifetime.
 
I'm in! What a generous giveaway!! I'd carry and gently use that beautiful Pioneer at my parent's home. I fly there several times a year and don't check luggage, so taking a knife isn't an option.

Scott Gossman is a great knife maker and I am blessed to know him. He loaned one of his Tusker models to a SEAL team overseas. I was lucky enough to win that knife at one of Scott's Gosstoberfest camp outs. Not only is it a great knife made by a friend, it was carried by some serious hombres in a dangerous locale . I am proud to own this knife and use it.

Not an entry, I have a silver pioneer already, just wanted to say good luck to all and thanks for the generous giveaway-WFC.
 
I'm in. I'll just get in trouble for leaving it open on the recliner side TV tray after opening the mail but I'd love to have one. If it matches the one I already have I would give it to my friend for his son who is a Boy Scout. It looks very similar to one I have but I have no idea where I picked it up and especially if they were special made for South Africa.
 
Cool GAW, the green color is special to me, so I am in. I am not a collector so this one will join the rotation, or will be given away here in the future.

Woodrow I would carry and subject it to light to moderate use. It's a very handsome knife in that shade of green. It would be a shame to hide it from the world.

Wow, that's really cool! I love that green. Honestly, I would probably give the pioneer I just traded for to a family member and I would probably keep and use the green. I am in! Thank you for the opportunity.

The pioneer I just got. My first pioneer and only sak other than a classic. I would add the green lanyard to the green pioneer!
 
I've been holding back on GAW since I managed to get a nice knife a month or so ago. But I love Scout patterns, and those are cool. So, I'm in. Not sure what I do with it, probably nothing right away as I'm pretty busy trying to wear out this years Congress Jack. Have'nt done much with the camera lately, but I'll try to post a photo this weekend.

Oh that would be a user, I've decided a year or 2 ago to pick up a Cadet in a color other than silver after seeing my brothers green Cadet. Never looked at the Pioneer as I don't recall seeing other colors for it, though I do think this one will see as much use as a Cadet in my hands as I never intended to use the nail file or the reamer on the Pioneer. Strange thing is I usually don't care about color on knives that much, but the silver alox handles isn't something I love. But I do remember seeing that Green Cadet and if that Pioneer is the same color no picture can do it justice in my opinion it's something you have to see to fully enjoy.

I think one of these knives would probably earn a permanent place in my EDC roation, only reason why I held off so far is because I am a little afraid on some level I will stop looking at knives and call it a day after picking one up as I enjoyed holding or using that Cadet way too much. There is something about those alox SAK's I enjoy and I am not sure what it is. I am also a bit afraid I get into modding SAK's is the other reason, can you imagine a Cadet/Pioneer with the nail file/reamer removed and replaced with a small pen blade and the bottle/can openers replace with scissors, I can and I pay good money for it.

Love Alox SAKS, count me in.

I own a Red Alox Farmer and 2 Alox Lumberjacks, but do not own a Soldier or Pioneer - this would be a perfect addition to my Alox collection PLUS a great knife for carry.
 
Oh yeah! That would be a great user in my rotation. I´m not a collector but an accumulator, though ;)

I really like Alox and the Pioneer size is just perfect for EDC :)

Please count me in. I'd definitely use that knife. I have a Farmer that I like a lot, this would be a good counterpart to it. I've been wanting to get a Pioneer, and that green sure is nice!
