Blade – 155 layers Damascus steel hand forged of O2 and much thinner than cigarette paper nickel net - /0.01 mm before forging/. Differentially heat treated with clay. 59 – 61 HRC after tempering. Handle – Ebony and American maple burl.
Guard and pommel – bronze. Hidden tang.
Separators– bronze and polymer.
Inlays – copper /2 mm. thick/ and bronze.
The sheath made of 3.5 - 4 mm. cow leather my friend George Petkov.

Handle – Impregnated in green alder burl, corian and impregnated in white poplar burl.
Separators – Bronze.
Guard – Bronze.
The sheath made of 3.5 – 4 mm. cow leather my friend George Petkov.
