Greetings all!
In a recent post by pauldulson, the question was asked concerning the making of a belt buckle. As a matter of coincidence, this is something that we have been considering for quite some time! In fact we have envisioned offering a belt and buckle set, the buckle being engraved with our CR logo, and… we may leave some room for an anodized design!

If we pursue this project, please know that the quality of both the belt and buckle will be commensurate with the quality of our knives. This will not be a your typical $50 belt and buckle set, but an item with a $150 price tag.

We have had some favorable responses and would like all of you to offer your comments and suggestions. Would you be interested in purchasing a belt and buckle set like this? Please let us know…

Thanks,
Mark

I don't mean to sound negative concerning this belt buckle notice, as new products and new revenue stream generation is great.

But what about making some new style folders? Will there ever be a new CRK folder or is what we have going to be it?

For example, I'd sooner buy a wharnecliff bladed sebenza before I'd ever buy a belt buckle.

You can count me in on the belt & buckle idea. Should go well with the knives and cane.

But a warncliffe Sebenza, that I need. Badly.

Hello,

could it be possible to have an unfaan nested inside the buckle ?

cheers,
JM

Yes to both.
A wharnecliff bladed small sebenza and a belt and buckle set.

Sounds like a heck of a combination to me. A quality combo worthy of another G2 sheath.

You have my support. I would carry them in stock. I think sales would be good.

As for the Wharnecliff blade....maybe on an Umfaan....

As you know I'm definately up for this product.
Titanium Oval or oblong buckle with CRK logo inset, with the logo either plain or adonised. 'Think twice , cut once' motto on the reverse of the buckle.
Possibility of artwork around the logo is one option aswell as the wood inlay idea which I think would be really classy.
Leather option = either black or brown and with snaps to allow removal of the buckle.
Tooled or plain leather option ? well I'm not sure, plain would be the failsafe choice.
Each buckle/belt combo to have a serial number ?
The more I think of it the more I like it.
Paul.

How about a decorated sebenza and buckle with matching design as a numbered/boxed set.
no belt necessary.

High quality, collectability and price.

also could offer a plain jane model to actually wear.
