Below are our 3 mid-tech outdoor knives. We use CNC milling to help shape the knife and then do a lot of hand sanding and finishing, heat treating etc. on each one. We do everything in house including harvesting and processing the wood for our wood scales! We can custom engrave text or a symbol into your knife for a nominal fee of $20 For more info and photos or to purchase a knife visit our website. We accept credit card payments via two different payment gateways, one of which is Paypal.

*A note to our american customers: the US dollar is currently a lot stronger than the Canadian dollar, which means approximately another 20% savings for you!*

All three knives are now available in 3 different surface finishes. CNC satin, Hand rubbed satin, and mirror. In combination with the different scale colors this makes for a lot of photos so I haven't posted them all here. There are photos of every combination on our website.

Coho outdoor knife

We recently did a little redesign of the "grind" on our Coho outdoor knife. It is now a full flat grind as opposed to the former saber grind. The new design is only available in a hand rubbed satin finish at the moment. The Coho is an all purpose light to medium duty outdoor knife. The blade geometry is a nice balance between slicing ability and strength. Scales are available in two colors of G10: OD green and Hunter Orange as well as Pacific Yew wood and spalted western maple. Comes with a left or right handed Kydex sheath with integrated belt loop.

Osprey:

We are planning to make a few small design changes on this knife, like we did on our coho; Therefore we're dropping the price on the original design to sell them off. The CNC and satin finish versions of the osprey will be discounted by 20% until we sell all of the original design!

The osprey is the larger of our fixed blade outdoor knives, designed for heavier duty cutting tasks. A 5.5" blade and extremely grippy handle give this knife great balance and hand feel. Scales are available in 3 colors of G10: Olive-Drab green and Hunter orange and camo as well as Pacific Yew wood and spalted western maple. Comes with a left or right handed Kydex sheath with integrated belt loop.

Kermode fillet knife

The Kermode is a fillet knife designed for the common game fish on BC’s west coast: salmon, halibut and ling cod among others. It will work well for any fish but the blade length is especially suited to large fish. It also performs well as a boning knife. The blade is designed to have enough stiffness to give good feedback while being flexible and thin enough to cut excellent fillets. Scales are available in 5 colors of G10: Hunter Orange, Neon Green, Black, dark red and Royal Blue as well as pacific yew wood and spalted western maple. Comes with a Kydex sheath; a belt loop (easily attachable with Chicago screws) is an optional extra.

Thank you!

http://northarmknives.com/product/coho-outdoor-knife/ Click that link then select the options you want and add it to you cart. Checkout from there is simple!

We don't really do customization beyond engraving at the moment. A custom scale material might be possible but would add to the cost of course. You'd have to email us to discuss that mike@northarmknives.com

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Knice knives!! Is shipping to the U.S. included in the prices? What grind is on the osprey, and can you please post a view from the back (spine) of the osprey?

Thanks! Shipping is not included, it works out to about $14 USD to almost anywhere in the US for an osprey. The osprey has a very slight hollow grind, equivalent to if the grind was done on a 24" wheel. In reality it is pretty much flat ground. Or I guess you could call it a saber grind because of the flat area near the spine.

Let me know if you've got any other questions!

thanks,
mike
