All prices includes USPS priority with tracking and insurance. Shipping is included to CONUS but I WILL ship international. You just cover that cost. You take the risk when I ship international but I'll ship however you want me to. Insurance is a good idea. Paypal is fine but you pay the fee or use gift option. Money order is good too.
