THE SPECS:
This is a pristine condition - lightly used tent. I used it for 6 nights recently on my RIDEAU CANAL boat trip with

• ALWAYS set up on groomed grass.
• It is a big solo tent with room for a 30" pad/gear and a 6' foot person and or room for a dog. Too small, I think for 2 people - 2 kids but not adults.
Selling now because I don't do backpacking or otherwise solo camping. Weight was a great concern on my recent trip so I thought I would try this one. It was a great success but I will likely never use it again. Selling while mostly new.
I silicone SEAM SEALED as recommended by TarpTent TWICE. Looks good and is well waterproofed.
