I bought one and love it.What a great little knife.One question......I see they call it a mini, Did they make a larger one?When ever I see something called a mini.....usually theres a larger one?Any ideas?

There sure is, and I believe they`re due to ship sometime this year. The Dyad is the same as the mini except it`s bigger, clipless and has Zytel scales instead of Micarta. I know James has a nice scan of the prototype.

There have been several threads about it here. If you do a search, you`ll most likely find all the info you need, plus James` killer scan!

Here. The prototype lightweight mini is now in production, with a properly serrated sheepsfoot blade. I believe the larger one had a micarta handle, not Zytel/FRN.

You know, I was absolutely wrong! The new Dyad is just like the old mini, only larger. The Zytel handled one is the Dyad Jr. I guess that one is the same size as the old mini, only in a lightweight version. Thanks so much to James for clarifying scans!

That`ll teach you not to believe everything you read on the internet! (Just when you think you have your facts straight.....)
