That is not what they mean by getting "hammered".

Cool hammer. Let us know how balanced it is after you've used it some, if you don't mind. I've got a close friend who is a blacksmith and have been trying to decide what to get him for Christmas (a tradition between us). This looks like it just might be the thing if it is as good as it looks. So...usage feedback appreciated.

Sam makes a great hammer! No doubt about that. Mine is balanced nicely and has taken the abuse my 15 year old son has thrown at it. Sure, it may take a while to get it, but it's worth it.
