I really appreciate the heads up, you pointed out some very good deals and I appreciate it. It is very lame that we cant share certain resources because certain people feel it doesnt profit them enough. I'm gona buy a few of those SAK's from amazon

Running a forum is a tough thing to do and a lot of decisions have to be made that piss people off. Sometimes it's for a good reason and sometimes for a bad reason. If you own a forum or run one of them, you will always find yourself at odds with some portion of the membership.
For example, you might not do this, but someone else might...if this was allowed to stand then in a matter of a few weeks, there would be thread after thread of "deals" because everyone is interesting in something, are they not?
If...if Bladeforums didn't have this policy you would probably not like what the place would become in the final analysis...assuming you don't like everything up to and including porn spam.
Your intentions were not harmful or otherwise malignant and it's really a shame it has to be this way...perhaps it doesn't have to be this way but it's really an experiment that has failed for the most part...if you allow that sort of thing it's almost impossible to stop.
Is it just because Bladeforums is also in the knife business? :::shrug::: Does it really matter at the end of the day? It's his forum, this is how he runs it.
