Real nice Carson fixed blade

Just opened the box.
4 1/2" sheeps foot blade,satin finish, stainless dovetail bolsters,fileworked tapered tang,maroon micarta scales, thong hole. Sorry I can't take a good pic.

That one is on page 102 of Knives '89.

Kit it really handels good and the grind is real good. The file worked tappered tang just sets it off. The dovetail bolster add a nice extra touch as does the Maroon Micarda. The handel has good color,I just aint a camera guy.

That is a real beauty, Ed. Gorgeous knife! Everything goes together so well with the other components, and the balance looks great. Awful pretty, but sure looks like it could do some cutting!

Last time I heard an understatmant like that was when the Space Shuttle blew up, and the guy at NASA said "Obviously a major malfunction" Mr. Carson is one of those guys that makes me want to sell my grinders and buy a football!!
