I have dealt with CDNN before, but usually involving gun related items. I have had good experience with them. I don't know anything about the knife or current pricing, but if that price is good to you then I see no reason not to pursue it with them.

Moving to TGB&U ...
I order from CDNN all the time. Usually magazines (the pistol type not the Newsweek type 
). They're a very popular reference site on firearms websites. Never had any problems with them.
They are spotty on prices though. Some things are very good buys (magazines), others are kinda' high.
They're S&H is high, IIRC, about $10.
