Real Randall?

Got this as a part of an old gentleman’s collection. I’m not super familiar with Randall specifics.

Is this real? The other knives in the collection were not cheap or fake, so I’m hopeful.

I'd say yes. Absolutely. That stamp is hard to fake, IMO.

Looks like a stainless model 1-7.....the grind on the top of tang is a bit odd looking though.....

Looks good, I've seen fakes but they never soldered the guards. Had a 1-7 years ago.

Post on The Randall Made Knives Collector's Forum if you want expert-level confirmation. It looks legit to me, and I am pretty sure you could learn more from someone that knows about the spacer configurations and thicknesses.

Unfortunately, I do not have the sheath. I'm going to be selling it, so I'm not sure what I'll do about that part.

Replacement Sheaths – Does Randall Made offer replacement sheaths?
Randall Made does offer replacement sheaths. The Randall Made knife is required in-house for the replacement sheath. Standard sheaths are in stock, however, a special order sheath, such as black, waxed, left-handed, or a knife with a forward curved hilt will take approximately five weeks for ordering.

Certainly get it authenticated! I'm not familiar with a Model 1 with the top of the ricasso ground quite that distinctively. Possibly a full custom?

Keep an eye on ebay, they do come up quite often. Not cheap, but they can be found....
