Any opinions on this knife? How's the quality, F&F etc.? Any user reviews? Thanks!

I have one and I can't be effusive enough with my praise. The fit and finish is spectacular, and the action on the needle roller bearings feels much more fluid than ball bearings, which sometimes can feel "loose" to me. They can be found much cheaper than the $207 MSRP if you look hard enough.

Are berings sealed like on original version?

I'm really curious about that but haven't disassembled mine yet (haven't had a reason, the action was perfect right out of the box). It's really hard to tell from looking at it when assembled because the pivot tolerances are very tight.

If you look at pivot like this can you see bearings or these "washers"?

Not sure about that model, but I was very surprised about the Sea Eagle. Amazing knife for 50ish dollars!! It gets much more pocket time than I thought it would.
My 50 dollar Sea Eagle has bearings, so I am assuming their much more expensive knives would have bearings as well. the description says it has bearings...
