Real Thin CPM3V

Ive got some 1mm thick cpm 3v. Ive been thinking of what I can do with it for months now. I thought this would be an interesting discussion. What applications does 1mm (.040) thick CPM3V have? Im sure it would make a decent knife in any role but having a hard time what role such thin stock could have that really highlights cpm3v's potential?

Make a proper fillet knife... or a surgical scalpel...

I've made some paring, filet and neck knife blades out of .048" 3V. One of the paring knives
is working well in my kitchen. Unfortunately I've yet to get around to putting an edge on
my filet knife...
