I have a very large Case Toothpick with a blade 4 inches or a little longer. What other brands make them this big but also with a slim profile like the Case?
Thanks much.

I don't know if you are willing to consider them toothpicks, but to me, they are: you can find something in that range among French Laguioles or Spanish navajas. Especially Laguioles are slim and slender.

The Bulldog is a Y2K commerative, but I think you can still find some other Bulldog Toothpicks around.
The Queen D2 is nice, arrived reasonably sharp.
The Queen City is a budget knife that arrived with the dreaded "Queen Safety Edge" Once sharpened it remains a favorite.

I've been drooling over the Schatt and Morgan model. I must own one some day.

3 3/4" and longer blades start with the blue bone handle in the middle. The blue handle one is marked Bear Hunter, and I know virtually nothing else about it other than I bought it on eBay. Next to the right is a Colonial Redneck Stainless, then a Queen in D2 and Amber Carved Stag Bone, Queen in D2 and Birdseye Maple, Queen in 440C and Winterbottom Delrin, Case 61093 8 dot brown Delrin, Kent fish Knife, Case 610098 Barnboard bone, Case 6.510098 Bonestag, Schatt & Morgan File & Wire ATS-34 Wormgroove Bone, Winchester Cartridge Series.

Marbles makes some. Not huge but for me I personally find the GEC ones superb.

I should have known that you'd have the S&M that I've been ogling, Jack. How does it compare to the others? Is the F&F as good as I expect from them?

Fit and finish are very good, aside from the Queen Safety Edge. Luckily, the ATS-34 is easier to cut a new bevel on than D-2. The handle feels great in my (larger than average) hands and I love the bone. I just wish it was legal to carry here (Kansas has a 4" limit).

I've not seem them any bigger than the A.G. Russell texas ranger. I guess you could debate that it's not really a toothpick. But it certainly is big.

I'll second the Laguiole, I think I read somewhere that the toothpick was the U.S.A interpretation of the Laguiole, and the Laguiole was the interpretation of the Spanish Navajas.

The blades spine is a little more robust than the toothpick I have.

I really like the juniper handle it has a nice fragrance. I wish other knife makers would use juniper. I would love a stockman with a juniper handle.

Thank you sir.

GEC makes a great one, it's not as big as the Queen, but I find the Queen to be a bit obnoxious.

At 4'' closed the GEC is pocketable and very ready for some tougher cutting chores. I've had a few of the #12s and they all have been great.
