If the blade were thinner, it would make a neat tool to get the last few olives out of the jar. Us martini drinkers are pretty snobby when it comes to our last olive pickers tool thingy. That said, I don't think I'd break one out at a party.
 
It's Mantis. Why would we expect any thing other than appeal to those who find their knives a must have.

It's a novelty. While most people here prefer the understated way of expressing themselves, many out there wants the loud kind. I don't mind if the "coolness" of this knife serves as a gateway to more serious knives. We need more people who think knife carrying is cool, not less.
