I ordered a benchmade 710 and a griptilian a long time ago and it all went smooth however recently I made a purchase of a few knives, 2 for myself and 1 as a gift for my dad. I picked the free ground shipping and put in comments that one was a father's day present so if they could get it packed soon I would really appreciate it, well I made my order around 7:30pm, 8:30AM the following morning I get a email saying my package was ready to be shipped. So I go to tracking and realize they bumped me up to 2 day express shipping for free. Now I did spend several hundred in my order, but its still an extremely nice gesture.

Really impressed with knifeworks

I'll take the opportunity to say I was really impressed with my first KnifeWorks buying experience. I ordered a KW exclusive Spyderco Yojimbo 2 w/CF & S90V, and left a note requesting a knife that was centered (it doesn't hurt to ask, if off-centered blades bother you). Within an hour of placing the order, I received a very friendly email from a KW employee, assuring me that they had made sure I had a perfect knife (it was indeed -- Spyderco are usually very good in the QC dept., but still...). My package was shipped and tracking number sent within several hours of placing the order, and arrived in three days -- the fastest Priority Mail delivery I've seen yet -- blazing fast for a cross-border delivery. I recommend KnifeWorks to other Canadian knife buyers without reservation. So thank you, KnifeWorks; I'll also say that BF sellers KnifeArt and One Stop Knife Shop were also very good to deal with.
