Really more snow!

Snowing here now, expecting 5-7 I'm hearing ugh !!!! I just want to put the snowblower AWAY !!!!
 
Just finished up a little while ago of about an hour and 45 minutes with the snow blower. I measured the new snow on the top of the truck and the car and a couple of places in the back yard. Five inches of new snow and a bit more than that where it drifted. Cleaned up my driveway and those of three neighbors and our sidewalks. I hope this is the last one for the year! I am TIRED of winter! If we only get an inch or two, I don't bother with the snow blower, but when it gets to be 3 or 4 or more inches deep, I get it out of the garage and play "good neighbor"! The worst part is the driveway aprons where the city snow plows keep going by and filling them up again, and again, and again!!! I want SPRING and warm weather to get here!!!!!:eek:

I really feel sorry for you all down in Tennessee! I was stationed at Ft. Campbell, KY, right on the KY/TN line, with the 101st Airborne Division back in 1962-1964. Did not generally get too much snow, but even an inch or two seemed to cause everything to come to a screeching grinding halt! Hwy 41 Alt passed the fort was a mess with people who did not know how to drive in the "white" stuff! Can't remember exactly which winter it was, but one of them we had a really big snow storm and a cold stretch that last for a couple of weeks and things really came to a halt!:D I hope Al Gore is enjoying this "global WARMING"!!!;)

Last winter AND this one have broken cold records for the last 20 years (I'm in Quebec). This February has been the coldest in the last 40 years. This is, apparently, a result of global warming. Time will tell......
 
Another 8" here in central Indiana this morning.....this one was really bad as my wife and I just got home from Cabo San Lucas early Saturday morning..... :thumbdn:

I didn't notice any snow at the swim up bars while I was there....
