I wanted to give this knife some new life, so I attempted a mirror finish on the blade. Well, I failed miserably. I just can not for the life of me remove the lower grit marks. After a few months of picking it up and throwing it down in discust I am finaly ready to throw in the towel. So, I figured if I am going to send it off to get it professionaly done I might as well go all in.
I would like;
Mirror polished blade
A 3d machined clip(something simple)
Anodized scales and pocket clip(I'm thinking either all a uniform blue or possibly a lighter blue with darker highlights around the edges and on the clip or vise versa)
I welcome and will gladly consider all creative input.
In a perfect world I would get all this done at once, but if I have to go somewhere else for the clip I will. I have never had a knife modified, so I figured I would go ahead and see what something like this would cost and go from there.
