Carried and used, but well maintained. Also got sharpened recently.
This is quite a unique version of the Ratata. Apparently only a handful of non-acidwashed Ratatas were made and this is #3. Absolutely phenomenal EDC knife. Slim in the pocket but packs a formidable blade that flips with some serious authority. I will note, the stand-off/small screw are slightly discolored/bronzed from heating. They were heated in order to loosen the thread locker so it could be disassembled and cleaned. The main pivot screw also has some marks from disassembly.

This one could easily pass as new/unused. It was, however, pocketed on a handful of occasions and cut some paper. Otherwise, it's as it was received new. I'm fairly certain that you won't be able to find another one of these.
I should note, at this time I only have the knife in my possession. I moved across the country a few weeks ago and all my belongings have not arrived. So I currently don't have the certificate of authenticity card, paperwork, baggie, pouch, or box. However, once the items arrive I will ship them via USPS Priority.
Spyderco Nirvana Regrind - SOLD
Beautiful full flat regrind done by Josh/RazorEdgeKnives. Taken up to 600 grit. Regrind cost $160 and was impeccably executed. This one has been used but well taken care of. Lock bar tension is fairly strong but there is no lock stick. This one includes all the original paperwork and zippered pouch. Keep in mind, due to the regrind, the warranty is void on this.
