I have a NIB K-1 with tight twist damasteel and marbled carbon fiber. It is an exceptional example with top-shelf materials. Action, fit and finish are superb. I own two and letting this one go to thin my collection a tad.
I believe I found the last one of this model available in the US when I picked it up a few weeks back. They are not making any more of the exotics, great quality for the $. I am firm at $699, lot of knife for the price.
