This knife beats the Spyderco PM2 or Hinderer XM18 IMO.

As for the condition, it is very close to brand new, but I've just noticed a very slight fade of the bead blast at the tip/point of the clip. I put it in my pocket a few times in my house, but it's never been carried outside of my home and no cuts have been made.
