Yeah, it would make an excellent patch knife for a Buckskinner at a rendezvous or along the trap line. (Have you ever seen a clean shaven mountain man? :) )
I quit shaving in 1974, when I graduated High School. (I never did like shaving)
I no longer do the Buck Skinner thing or Civil War reenactments, or even have a smoke pole (traditional muzzle loading rifle) anymore. :( If I win, I would leave it for someone that can use it. :)

OK..... the GAW is closed.... There were so many comments aside from entires, that I decided I would take the entrants, and assign a number in order from when they submitted entry, and draw from that list.

Who would have thought that the GAW would hang on my interpretation of "Sounds like fun?"

Oh boy, I'm sorry to have been the cause of confusion! I certainly meant to enter, though I should have given the standard "I'm in!"

I'll make sure to keep this thing going once I've taken a look at the knives and added some more goodies to the pile.
