reccomendation for a stencil designer?

hey all, looking to get a personalizer or other electro chemical etcher and was wondering if anyone can reccomend someone than can design a stencil for me?
any info appreciated, and thanks!

Yep in my opinion Ernie is the man too. He does not charge for it and makes a great product with quick delivery.
 
Ernie's my guy as well. Very good to work with, and he's REALLY responsive. Here's an experience I had working with Ernie. I was already getting my mark stencil from him, and one night I emailed him about a custom stencil for a customer. It was around midnight when I sent the email. When I got to work that next morning there was a reply waiting. After a few clarification emails my stencils were in the mail the same morning. Another time, I needed a set of stencils fairly quickly for another customer request. I emailed Ernie at 8:07 pm (I checked the times from the email) and got a reply at 8:13 pm. I verified my card information and the stencils were ready to go at 7:16 the next morning.
