Reccommendation on Big...Heavy-Duty Folders..

the response towards Davids knife was overwhelming......could have sold at least 10 if I had made them......the show was great, but I really feel that shows as big as that are not the best for custom knifemakers......there are too many choices for too few people.....there just isnt enought money walking in the front door for all the INCREDIBLE knives that are laying on everyones tables.....the Guild show is proof of this.

Hey Tom, come to the NYC shows! Its the opposite: too many guys with cash chasing too few good tactical customs. By early Friday afternoon the room's picked clean of anything that resembles your big boy blades. And, an added attraction for you is that the Strider guys come to the November show and can be your guides on the inevitable pub crawl...
 
You have my interest piqued....but from what I understand there is a waiting list to get in......Strider guys told me I could hang with them......but they give me about 6 inches on the end of their table...however, if I keep my knives closed....6 inches is enough.......I'll see if I can fit it in the schedule next fall...
