That's is about the going rate on the 'bay as well, but you rarely see them any more. I watched one go for $200+... still not as crazy as some models at $500+ though.

I am so glad I was able to pick up a BOR blem, I love that knife but never wanted to de-assist and carry the non-blem because they are so rare.

Not trying to rub it in bro, but that bottom knife in my pic is a CPM 154 Burnt Orange that i got when they first came out. I actually bought three of them and sold two for basically what I paid for them. My name is Mud, LOL. Still kicking myself over that.

My iPad must be on the same page as your phone - whenever I try to rotate the pic to see it at a better angle, the iPad just flips it right back upside down!

Grats on the new knife! I have the standard black Blur, but I lust after the CF version with CPM 154 steel. I really just prefer a steel-colored blade, rather than the black coating.

I think they all have their place. Its not in the picture since this is the Kershaw forum but I also have a Cold Steel AK47 I got for christmas. Sure, its a little mall ninja-ish but God forbid I ever need to defend myself or scare someone off, that's the blade I hope is in my pocket. I think black blades look cool and more "tactical", but really I just prefer most things to be black. My shoes are always 90% black, I wear only black socks, I like black t-shirts, my oakley sunglasses are all black. It seems low-key to me.

That said, I always carry a new knife for a couple weeks and then typically revert to a more EDC type blade. I will most likely continue to carry my OD Zing as an everyday blade, but use my CF blur as more of a "gentlemen's folder". Something about the CF and Steel blade.. it just looks like a ritzy knife lol.
