Received my RAM today!!

You can get a G & G clip from blademaker (Gavin Hawk). I think you can order from
G & G's website or at least shoot an email.

Himalaya

What svrider3 said. Just shoot Gavin an email, he's pretty good about getting back with and really fast with the shipping if he has the clip in stock. The are great clips and about the only clip I've found that work well with a thick seam.

You know what I'm talking about! Probably thinking too.
Seems like it's been under the radar the entire time. A really great piece.

I'm not sure what you're thinking, but i don't understand how one of the best (IMO)
production knives hasn't sold like hell and is now on the chopping block. :(

Hell, I might grab 2-3 more before they're gone. Is Jason still planning on
doing a FK at our home ground, or has that been scrapped also?

svrider3 and Flashpoint,

Thanks much for the G & G clip info guys! If this is the right website http://www.g-hawkknives.com/, it's under construction :( That's ok, because I haven't bought the R.A.M. yet. But I've had my eye on it for awhile and the standard clip is something I was hesitant about. When I saw your pic, svrider3, I was hoping it wasn't just a one time special deal.
I am new to knives and new to this forum. Over the recent few months, I've been watching review videos, reading reviews, reading specs, reading forum talk, reading manufacturer's websites, etc. on all kinds of knives from all kinds of makers (production, not custom). I never realized there were others who get excited and have such fun and enthusiasm with knives! I decided to join the forum so that I could ask questions and maybe contribute something helpful in the future as I learn more. All the members of this forum are to be commended for your knowledge, time, attention and helpfulness you bring to everyone who reads the forum and especially to newbies like me! :D

What I meant is what you wrote. It has just not sold as well compared to the top 25 or so.

I thought that's what you meant, just wasn't positive. I guess it's just one of those knives that has to be held and flipped
to really appreciate just how great it is.

Just do a search for Blademaker here on the forums and shoot him an email.

And no, you're not alone as a knife knut. :D Welcome to the forums and hang around a while.

Alright, thanks for the tip on how to reach him! Well, I ordered a R.A.M. and can't wait to get my hands on it! Finding out about the grip clip and reading your recent exchange with 2brothers helped me to decide to finally just go for it. With all of my research thus far, I am mostly drawn to Kershaws. Benchmade comes in 2nd for now, but again, I'm still new at this...

My original intent was to find just one EDC. Yah, what a joke that is, now! I think I want at least 10 different models right now, and could find uses for them--not to just collect them.

Thanks for the welcome! I'd like to stay around a good long while for the knowledge and fun!
