I now have both and can answer my own question: the blues in the Sage III and Blue Manix are pretty darn close!
 
Damn, that Super Leaf is nice looking. Might have to put that on the "Wanted" list.

Yes, but (maybe/maybe not interestingly) not exactly the same. I have no idea (and honestly, don't really care ;) ) what the standards for color consistency in G10 are...it's nice, either way! I'd like to see a little more blue G10 on knives.
 
I really,really miss B&M stores because I can't handle before I buy anymore - the pics here were very helpful. My EDU has been a ATR and I'll probably stay with that - but the SuperLeaf will be on my "try" list for the next knife show.
 
Did anyone else notice their Superleaf came with an almost polished factory edge?

Seeing the Superleaf pictures and specifically how wide the blade is it I want one.

I hope there is a Sprint run build with a more unique color of G10 then plain old black. Spyderco has spoiled us and in turn profits from understanding our needs.

The only thing apart from my crazy purchases in past year holding me back is this point. I just don't want/need 2 Superleafs and my luck would be that as soon as I push the BUY NOW button I will see one issued in OD green, Coyote Brown, Titanium or other color I really wanted.

I don't really care if its redone in different steel but like Manix 2 it will come out in a colored Sprint format that I will wait patiently for.

Definitely on my wait list to buy when it does!
