Sent in my two knives - a BM 520 that had a rusted and pitted blade and a BM710 with rusted liners and broken omega springs.Total time there and back to Canada, 20 days.
What really surprised me was when I had the blade replaced for $30, they were willing to install an auto safety lock on the knife that was not originally on it.:thumbup::thumbup:
The only con,the recurve of the 710 was botched and has a really coarse edge with a large burr,while the blade on the 520 had a minor wire edge which was easily removed with a couple of minutes of sharpening.
