3 Bowies I recently made and had photographed by Chuck Ward that I wanted to get posted before the big Best Bowie Thread!!
First has a 12" blade of random damascus,17"OAL ,heat colored wrought iron frame and lazy S arrowhead guard and some beautiful blue and cream mammoth ivory scales.
Next is an 11" blade of random damascus,16"OAL, lazy s wrought iron guard and handle frame that was heat colored and weathered barn oak scales. The guard on this one is different than what I normally do because it was forged, ground, and milled from 1" square wrought iron bar.
Lastly is a 10 1/2" stripes damascus blade forged by Logan Pearce, which was specifically requested by the client,a heat colored wrought iron frame and D Guard with blue/black, and brown mammoth ivory scales.

Great work. I like the rustic look of all of them, and the sheaths too.
The wrought iron guard is also a nice touch that brings the whole package together.

Stunners my friend!!!! You’ve been EXTREMELY busy...

They are all super nice but I love the D Guard...

Cheers/bg

Great stuff! I'm not normally a D guard fan, but I like this one very much. Wonderful sheaths as well.
