Recent Mora Companion convert.

Do you guys like carbon or stainless on your Mora knives?
I think I've had better luck with carbon for edge stability, but it's not a proper back-to-back.
My Mora #2 seems like there's less edge rolling and my companion needed a micro bevel.

I think i prefer the ease of maintenance of the stainless, however.
No special care has an appeal when it comes to these simple, inexpensive knives.
